At eveXtrue, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable experience for all your celebration and service bookings. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations are handled for both users and service providers on our platform.
Cancellations must be made through the eveXtrue app or by contacting our support team via email or phone.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, cancellation time, and provider-specific policies.
Service providers have the right to define their own cancellation and refund terms, which will be visible before booking.
More than 72 hours before the scheduled service:

Full refund (after deduction of platform fee – up to 10%)
24–72 hours before the scheduled service:

50% refund
Less than 24 hours before service time:
β No refund
Orders cancelled before dispatch: β Full refund
Orders cancelled after dispatch: β No refund (delivery/return cost borne by customer)
Cancellation fees depend on hotel, cab, or package provider policies.
Exact charges will be shown at the time of booking. Refund processing time may vary based on third-party travel partners.
If a provider cancels due to personal reasons, scheduling conflict, or any other reason:
β 100% refund will be processed to the customer
We may offer a suitable alternative or reschedule, based on availability
Repeated cancellations by a provider may lead to account penalties
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Any applicable convenience fees or taxes may be non-refundable.
For wallet/UPI payments, refunds are processed directly to the same account.

Some premium or high-demand services may carry non-refundable booking deposits. These will be clearly mentioned before payment. Any custom orders (like personalized gifts or print items) are non-cancellable once production begins.
